PRIVACY:

At BAY COMPUTER SOLUTIONS public or personal information of our clients will never be devolved in any circumstances. Whatever information you have stored in your hard drive is kept in strict confidents with us. Our employees will access to windows required for testing only.

WARRANTY:

We guarantee 90 days all parts and labor on the original work we performed on your laptop, we will not cover if there is any other problems that are not relating to the work we perform as we originaly described. If in the case that we have problems that we can not fix, a full refund will be return to you.

TURN AROUND TIME:

Our company standard turn around time is from 3 to 5 days, overnight service will be an additional $50 charge USD. We will contact you imediately after we performing a free diagnostic test. Some parts needed to be repaired that we are out of stock, we will call you if there is a delay in service.

SHIPPING:

Becareful protect your laptops with enough bubbles wrap before you sending it to us. We will not take any responsibility for damages or broken laptops while in shipping, so be sure to take a good care of your parts. You will also need to pay for the UPS shipping including the return of your requesting services.

TERM OF AGREEMENT:

I'm granting permission to Bay Computer Solutions to perform any necessary action or repairs on my properties. I'm also aware hardware malfunctions and there is slight potential for data loss which can occurs any time without any reason. I will not hold BAY COMPUTER SOLUTIONS for any responsibility and will not take any legal actions against them. I believe that Bay Computer Solutions will treat my properties, and believe in their abilities to maintain it with integrity.
